Dear Sir or Madam,

If you are interested to participate in Korat 2019. We would like to inform you the following information:
Our Supports and Conditions.

1. The group members are 20 persons maximum. If over 20, you will be charged for 70 USD a person.
2. We provide your accommodation, transportation, food during the festival. All of participating countries will stay at the same hotel. We provide three star hotel. You are required to stay three persons a room.
3. Hotel is available on 3 February to 7 February. You are expected to reach Nakhon Ratchasima on February 3, 2019. And you may leave on 7 or 8 February 2019.
4. WeprovideOne-daytouraroundourprovinceforallparticipatingcountries.
5. You will be supported 1 airfares at Economy class.But the maximum refund is 1,000 USD only.
6. We are not responsible for paying ThaiVISA fees.
7. Our policy is “One country One team.”  All performance group will be considered by committee.

Requirements

1. You are kindly required tofollow our schedule all 4 days, 3 - 6  February 2019. If you cannot, we cannot support 1 airfares as mentioned above.
2. You are required toperform 3- 4 times for this festival by theschedule.(The performing arrangement is subjectto be changed, we will inform you later).
3. WereallyneedyoutoparticipateeachdaytocheeryourfriendswhoarefromThailandandoverseas.
4. You are required toperform or to do workshop for schools or colleges in Nakhon Ratchasima 2 - 3 venues.
